By accessing and using ShireSignal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using ShireSignal's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
ShireSignal is an independent notification service that monitors ticket availability for the Hobbiton Movie Set in Matamata, New Zealand. We alert you when tickets become available based on your preferences. We do not sell tickets directly and are not affiliated with Hobbiton Movie Set, Hobbiton Tours, or Middle-earth Enterprises.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
When you purchase a monitoring pass from ShireSignal, you agree to pay the stated fee. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe). Your pass is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase and will automatically expire when a match is found or the specified duration ends, unless otherwise stated. All sales are final and non-refundable unless the service fails to operate as described.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we strive to provide timely and accurate notifications, we do not guarantee the availability of tickets or the accuracy of our notifications. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible if tickets sell out before you are able to purchase them after receiving an alert.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ShireSignal or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the site. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
